As Ada Triko, we care about our country and the world, and we try to manage all our processes in a way that can leave a more livable world to future generations. We are always open to development and change on the way to achieving high standards. We are aware that we have no choice but to explore new ways to make our impact and business results truly sustainable.

Our design, production and management philosophy is to minimize non-renewable resource consumption as much as possible, to focus on solutions that minimize or completely eliminate harmful environmental effects, to work with environmental and future awareness, to operate and to be a role model in this sense. Another issue that we believe is parallel to our view of Social Development and sustainable life and which we attribute special attention to is that we pay special attention to the employment of women employees.  We will continue to focus on innovation and digital transformation in all areas that are appropriate. By adapting to the changing world, we will increase the added value we create. We will continue to strengthen our organizational structure to support this.

We follow Sustainability Management, which covers social, environmental and widespread economic issues, with a structure that is directly connected to the General Manager. We manage the process with our highest quality expert employees on a sectoral basis. This team plays an important role in implementing the spread of philosophy to all levels of the company, starting with senior management, and increases the company’s performance in these areas through multi-stakeholder audit practices.
